Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using RowDeck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, app, downloads, license manager, or related services.

• Grant: Subject to these terms and any license limits shown at purchase or in the app, Digital Reset UG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use RowDeck.
• Use: You may use RowDeck for personal or internal business work on devices you own or control, within the limits of your license.
• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share license keys, bypass license checks, or use RowDeck to violate applicable law.
• Reverse engineering: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from RowDeck except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your license key and license-manager access secure. If you believe your license key or access link has been misused, contact support promptly.

License activation, device linking, and license-manager access may be limited, rate-limited, revoked, or blocked to protect the service, enforce license limits, or respond to misuse.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, taxes, license scope, and refund terms are shown at checkout or on the website. Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, refunds are handled case by case.

We may provide updates, fixes, new versions, or support at our discretion. Updates may change, add, or remove functionality. We may stop supporting older versions when needed for security, compatibility, or operational reasons.

• No abuse: Do not interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the website, license APIs, updater, payment flow, or related infrastructure.
• No unlawful use: Do not use RowDeck or related services in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or these terms.
• No unauthorized access: Do not attempt to access licenses, systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use.

RowDeck, the website, product names, branding, software, design, text, and related materials are owned by Digital Reset UG or its licensors. Except for the license expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

RowDeck and the website may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, email, downloads, support, analytics, or repositories. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

RowDeck and related services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Reset UG disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Reset UG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from RowDeck or related services.

We may suspend or terminate access to RowDeck licenses, downloads, or services if you breach these terms, misuse the service, violate license limits, or create security, legal, or operational risk. After termination, you must stop using RowDeck and delete copies if required by law or by a written notice from us.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the website. Continued use of RowDeck or related services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
